We decided to sell our investment property in the middle of January when our tenants vacated the property. Originally, whilst inspecting the property with the tenants' smart furniture still in the unit, it appeared that no much had to be done but once the property was vacated it was clear to us and Mark that the property required a cosmetic upgrade. And that is when Mark and his team showed their skills, professionalism and industry contacts. Within one week the unit was repainted, re-carpeted and many minor fixes were carried out. At all the time we were informed about the progress and preparation for listing of the property via a WhatsApp account that kept everybody in the loop. At the time the property was listed there were early signs of unease in the property market caused by the corona virus, and week after week of property openings for inspections the signs were getting a bit more concerning. But Mark and his team managed to keep potential buyers interested and motivated, and brought them to the auction day where by skillfully managing the auction process he extracted the best possible price in the difficult market. He and his team deserves congratulations and we will seriously consider Mark as our agent for another sale of our investment property.
