I recently used Blair to sell a property of mine. I was a return client of Blair's having him sell another property for me prior to this one. I knew that Blair was the best agent for the sale, and I honestly wouldn't want to use anyone else. It was such a complex property to sell, with multiple vendors, which brings its own challenges, and the property had some unique quirks too ! We had a few unforeseen hurdles along the way and Blair was fantastic, and he certainly had his work cut out for him with this sale. Blair communicated everything clearly and gave us multiple options to each situation. Blair also took the time to communicate with each vendor individually too.
