James was very professional to deal with. Once the price was agreed he was very diligent throughout the rest of the day and into the evening to ensure we were able to exchange on the day and secure the property (even though it was the weekend).

James Perlowski and the Belle team made the buying process easy. James was responsive at all times and made the time to come to the property outside the scheduled inspections for a private viewing as well as to give access to the building inspector. Everything went smoothly on the day of the auction with minimum stress. James acted with integrity and respect for me as a potential buyer at all times. I did not at any time feel pressured as a buyer but was kept in the loop with regular texts and emails.
