Hi guys just a quick update for this review. Since the recent storms in Townsville and surrounding areas the demand for insurance claims etc has peaked . As we are interstate investors the ability to join forces with management and insurance to settle our repairs is a vital part of our recovery. Too date we are progressing very difficult for us to achieve from interstate. Our management team who no doubt have a million things to do still find time to get things done in our interest . What ever we are paying them is worth every cent compared to us having to take timeout and address these issues. Well Done. Rob /Shell. Tassie
