Amazingly no mucking around, the Townhouse remained vacant, for almost 2 weeks , as i & my family struggled to get rid of the old excess furniture i had acquired, unfortunately nothing could be salvaged, 5 maybe 6 trips to the dump, downsizing has happened

Consistently poor management via use of an ‘inbox’. Poor people management skills, cannot have difficult discussions with unreasonable tenants, do not hold tenants accountable for damage caused by them but rather cite reasonable wear and tear as ‘easy’ way out for them. Would not recommend at all.
