There's room for improvement. Overall the experience was good. Communication is good. Just took a while to find the right tenant, no fault of the real estate agency. Have the tenant in, I think and haven't heard from the real estate.

We have had a very trying year with our rental property due to tenants not looking after the property. The communication from the team has been fantastic so we were never left wondering.
