At the start of our relationship with the staff at Belle, they assisted us in the transition from owners and previous Agents. Seamless. Aly and the team, are always business like, but very friendly, and efficient, from paying our rent personally each week (amazing) to inspections, and to assisting us with maintenance issues, as minor as they have been. The support and assistance we received during the necessary Ensuite Bathroom major renovations was above the norm, especially with the extended work period of 6 weeks, and the understanding of the issues occurring throughout this process was very reassuring. To Belle Property in particular Ashley who has gone above and beyond in helping me find a new home. My previous home was sold and owner moving in hence having to move. Being a Nonagenarian and on pension only was having difficulty in acquiring a property but Ashley stuck with me and now I have a place to call home and I can’t thank her enough and also my new landlord.
