I made the right choice using Terry as the agent to sell my house. I live hundreds of miles from where the house was that I was selling. Terry took care of everything for me like it was his own house being sold. The sale process was not easy and smooth due to a number of circumstances out of our control but Terry stepped up and kept on top of things, acting on my behalf so I didn't have to worry. He and his wife even went to my property and cleaned so that I wouldn't have to pay for a professional cleaner. His advice on how to handle the requests of the buyer was outstanding and his knowledge of what was happening with the current market was accurate and reassuring.
