We cannot recommend Terry Cochrane highly enough. Terry’s market knowledge was right on the nail, he obviously knows the market very well. Communication at all times was easy, quick and precise. He always answered calls and emails immediately or returned them straight away in a very professional manner, as was all our dealings with him. He is obviously well known and respected in the area and has a wealth of trades people and company contacts who were happy to work with him on jobs which were required to be done before listing our house for sale. He certainly made the whole process easy and stress free for us which is much appreciated. With us being interstate we initially had our concerns but Terry’s obvious ability and professionalism soon shone through and he guided us confidently through the whole process.
