So Brett was an agent for a house in our street so we went and approached him to be our agent. Since then Brett has been a wonderful agent and had our house "Under Contract" within just over a week., and that's without us having to go for full advertising. During this time Brett kept us informed along the way, sadly this first contract fell through due to finance, but Brett had another contract on the table the very next day basically. Being locked down in Melbourne Victoria is not the best time to sell a house in Townsville. From the very first dealing with Brett I knew I was in good hands.
