As a person with a preexisting negative bias about the real estate industry in general, Fiona has most definitely swayed me to the positive since my experience of her expert service. From our first meeting she showed herself to be not only extremely capable with market analysis and curly details but an authentic and warm person who, like a good friend will tell you when your opinion may be misguided. As it happened from the date of signing up, Victoria went into a very long series of lockdowns impacting 'usual process' but, Fiona did not allow a pandemic to deter her from our goal. She has been consistently kind and considerate about some personal challenges that co existed during the process and really was the humane face of the industry until the sale was made.
