I can't recommend using Rob to sell your property highly enough. His recommendations on what and where to spend money on preparing the property for sale were highly cost-effective and made a huge improvement in its presentation. Rob has an easy charm that pays dividends when it comes to finding the highest bidder. He can get people to their highest bid without leaving them with any negative feelings. Rob was referred to us by two friends who previously had very good experiences working with him.
