Rob was one of four agents canvassed. Three said that it would sell for the land value. Rob also said this but suggested that it we spent money to make it more presentable he thought we would get a good return on the money outlaid. He was helpful in various other ways in finding people to do the job at very reasonable rates. He set a timetable to start the inspections which gave us time to do as good a job as possible, given the age or the house. It was always going to be a major renovation or demolition job for the purchaser. In the end, in spite of the pandemic, and press gloom about the market going to fall, Rob obtained a buyer who paid very close to what we had wanted before the health and economic crisis dominated the news. His advice in spending about $13,000 in preparing the house proved right. My family is pleased with the result and with having chosen Rob to be the Agent.
