Knowledge Plus
Ben and his team are excellent communicators which helps the seller and the many buyers who were interested in the property. I was kept informed and felt up to date on what was happening throughout the entire process of the sale. Knowledge of the local market helped a lot in assisting me to choose the sale price which was tempting to buyers and offered the seller a high market price.
