Purchase of realestate
Because of the lockdown we weren't able to attend an inspection in person, so we had a video inspection. This went very well and she was able to show us everything that we wanted to see and answer all our queries. There was quite a lot of interest in this property and unfortunately we couldn't secure it for the asking price. We were disappointed by the lack of transparency when having to negotiate against other buyers. We thought that she would carry the sale through because we were the first buyers to accept the asking price.
