Smooth Sailing
We decided to look at purchasing an investment property on the 26th January. Luckily for us a suitable property became available listed by Benade Helman. On the 26th of April we will have tenants moving into said property for a 12 month lease at $20pw less then asking price which is a remarkable achievement in such a competitive market. All this in 3 months. I believe this was possible because of Benade Helman. We were so impressed with Greg and the purchasing process we decided to use them as property managers. From Rachel coming to us and meeting out of hours to explain the contracts and service,Tracy walking us through the admin and paper work and Lena putting on 2 home opens a week and keeping us update with all enquiry such a good result was the only outcome we expected. Very professional company.

A refreshing team approach
Last year we made the move over to New Zealand and were in two minds about selling our house in Innaloo. The team at Benade Helman suggested that we run the property on both the sales and the leasing market to see what came out of it. They helped us stage the house and prepare it for market. They ran a great sales campaign which produced a couple of offers and an excellent leasing campaign which produced about 4 applications to lease. We chose to lease the home to a lovely tenant at what I considered to be above market rent and the property management team have done a fantastic job at looking after the place for us with us being so far away. The holistic approach to the process took a lot of stress off of our plates and nothing seemed too hard for the team - and they were just that - a team. It was great to see sales and leasing work with such synergy and always willing to go the extra mile. Keep it up!

Great service everytime!
Benade Helman have been managing my property for almost 4 years now and I do not have one single complaint about their service, or their professionalism in that entire time. I live interstate and having my property managed by them while I live in Melbourne makes it all so easy and I am comforted knowing my home is in their very safe hands. I have recommended Benade Helman to many people and will continue to do so. My mum also rented a property through them and she found them to be great from the perspective of a renter as well as my impression as an owner. Every staff member I have dealt with is diligent, polite and professional!

Great service
The very beginning was extremely helpful, the two guys from benade Helman came to my house to explain everything to me being a first timer in property management and they were very transparent with everything. The leasing of my property was given up a little easy for the price as it was on the market for a little bit. After it was leased out, they were excellent in making it a smooth start and have taken care of the property very well and kept me in the loop even though I’ve been hard to contact at times being abroad. Amazing management & outcome!
Initially i was hesitant to let them take on this property, even with their organised plan & structure. Once we agreed and made the decision, they understood clearly the requirements, handled every step in accordance with their methodolgy, from marketing, timings of home opens, communications, to subcontractors. Holly and her helpful team, were able to achieve a much higher rent than advertised in shortest time possible! One of the best experiences and results i have had as an Investor! Well exceeded my expectations for sure.
