Benade Helman's team manage the rental of our family home - and have done so for the last 12 months. I have found their service to be personal, professional and responsive. Our house is our most important asset and not only did we research local real estate agents to select who we would entrust it with, we also followed our observations and gut instinct. Benade Helman wanted our business; and they want to keep our business. This is apparent from the high level of service that we have continued to receive. I would definately recommend Benade Helman to look after your rental property.

Proactive Agency!
I have had my investment property managed with Ivan and his team for 18 months now. They have been very proactive with maintaining my rental income along side with the property condition. My vacancies have been minimal (even in this market) because of their proactive leasing team. All in all a 10/10 service! :)

Very Professional
I have been using Benade Helman as my property managers for the last 2 years and they have been nothing but professional and friendly at all times. They seem to work well with both myself as the owner and provide clear and concise communication through to our tenants. They embrace technology to help things run smoothly and I can not fault them with their eye for detail, strong communication and overall professionalism in how they conduct their business.

Thorough and Responsible Property Managers
Benade Helman took over management of my property after a period of poor maintenance and tenant damage. They have coordinated a considerable amount of major maintenance and renovation on my behalf as I am based interstate. The thoroughness of their inspection reports and prompt response to tenant requests gives me great confidence that my investment is being looked after. They have a good relationship with the tenants.
