Brilliant opperator
Iv bought built flipped renovated and sold houses for 25 years in Australia. most of my dealings with real-estate agents has been frustrating and a lot of my interaction was spent educating them in sales. Ivan on the other hand was a genius in his field, innovative and focused. His customer service was impeccable. there is a lot to be learnt from such an operator.
