Matt’s knowledge of the market was key to position the home correctly in a price range that achieved the best sales result, not under selling but setting a realistic sales price to reflect the homes value. Matt's positive attitude vibrant personality really sets him apart, listing the property, he looked for and promoted every positive attribute and quality of the home, we couldn't of been in better hands. Not just all Matt though, PRD have a winning way of selling. All aspects of our dealings were very professional and a killer modern advertising package that got the job done, in a timely fashion.
