My wife and i decided to list with Justin after meeting with a number of agents because of his straight up honesty and preparation. The other agents did give us a higher estimate price, but it seemed like they were tying to promise the world and didnt really have anything to back up what they were saying. Justin on the other hand arived on time and with a what we could tell a huge amount of rechearch and ground work he had put in. He had not only his comparable sales for our area but all others as well. Justin had actual evidence how he reached his estimate which was very reassuring. In the end the decision was easy and we are so happy, Justin made us feel like we were is only clients, a real testament to his work ethic. I dont know how many times after talking with Justin on the phone or in person we just said Wow. The result speaks for itself, sold our property for the asking price before we even opend for inspection. He has even helped us find and purchase our block of land that we are about the build on. The only name i will be recommending in the future to my family and friends is Justin Pell.

I hired Justin Pell twice in the last 3 years. He did such a fantastic job of my own property, that I went to him again for my mothers deceased estate. I knew he would get what I wanted for both properties. He was always easy to talk too, courteous, well mannered and professional at all times. But he also considered the grief that came with each of those two sales and so was very respectful. He put up with a lot of my changing moods with the sale of my property, which I thought would have turned him off and not want to take me on again...but being the type of person he is, not only as a real estate agent, but as a human being with feelings and emotions, he graciously took on the task of my mothers estate. I would recommend Justin to anyone buying or selling, as you can be assured that you will be hiring someone to do the job at hand, with the utmost respect and integrity.

Justin is not the usual estate agent, he is a cut above the rest. Justin is punctual, keeps you informed, points out some key aspects that you may have missed and still lets you explore for yourself. Never pushy and provides facts. When he did not know he made a point to find the answer quickly. The suggestions he made were welcomed and proved to be useful.
