I had to have an unexpected operation and I found this out on the night that Nekti phoned with an offer which we excepted. This meant our settlement date had to be extended so I was well enough to move. Nekti handled everything and came up with an excellent result for both parties. We had a few open days which were not very good in numbers but Nekti was always positive that there will be a buyer. He stuck with his guns that our price range was correct and the end result we were very happy with. We would recommend Nekit to any future sellers.
