Justin Pell has amazing knowledge of the market in real estate and professional in every aspect.

Justin was selected to sell my investment property, & living interstate was a worry. As time progressed i had more confidence in the decision i had made. Communication was very important to me & Justin kept me informed with everything that was happening and with any adjustments that would be an advantage for a positive result. Excellent and professional service

Kaye was very helpful in organising house inspections, and knowledgeable about the details of the property. She also arranged to liaise with the vendor to provide us with more information whilst we were inspecting the property. We were very happy with the level of service provided, and our follow up dealings with DCK Real Estate were handled promptly and professionally.

A knowledgeable, proactive and inclusive agent who engenders confidence and provides support

Justin was a pleasure to work with. Extremely knowledgeable and professional, he was a font of information and timely and accurate advice. He recognised that selling a house was a new experience for me and went out of his way to make sure I was fully aware of the process and what was required of me and that I was comfortable with the situation. He was proactive and timely with his advice and went 'above and beyond' to initiate and maintain communication and to ensure that I knew exactly what was happening at any given time. To sell well in the country you need a trusted agent how understands how the local market ticks.

I met Kaye at a home open a number of years ago and was immediately impressed with her relaxed but professional approach. Honesty is hard to find in the real-estate game these days, but Kaye bucks that trend. I did not hesitate to appoint DCK as the selling agency and Kaye as the lead, in fact I had decided ahead of time she was right person to sell a house at the upper end of the market. During the entire process I was kept informed of all interest and was provided market feedback and insights as required. Kaye made it her objective to listen to my requirements and act on my advice and direction, as such the result achieved was extremely good. I look forward to working with Kaye and DCK again as the next project takes shape.
