From the first meeting we knew Neckti and the team were going to be a great fit. We were selling the family home, there was a lot of emotion and uncertainty, Neckti was calm, professional and in no rush, he let us know however things transpired he was there to help and guide us. His market knowledge and sales plan was thorough yet simple, he explained each step he would take, we felt comfortable he was going to act in our very best interests at all times. We knew he had a big sales team behind him but the extra services his admin team and extended support (he even organised a skip delivered for us to help with clean out) made the process as easy as it could have been. Once on the market we had strong early interest in the home, got immediate feedback and advice and he secured a great offer and buyer for the home within the first few weeks.
