I purchased a house off thru Kaye & Rosemary. I had a great experience it went very smooth and they answered all the questions I asked very promptly. All the inspections I required presale happened very quickly through my chosen inspectors. And the evaluation was no problem either. Very friendly and shared all the important moments with me by sharing photos of the under offer and sold stickers being put on. Kaye also explained a lot of the processes that I didn’t understanding completely being a first home buyer and it made me feel very much at ease with my decision.

I can only highly compliment Matt in his interactions with us. Although our contact was only via phone calls he kept us informed always returned calls and was always professional and a pleasure to deal with. His assistant Chloe who we met during the inspection is also a credit to the business and has made the job of purchasing a property hassle free. Nothing has been too much trouble and she has kept us informed of any developments as they happen. I have yet to follow up any information she is always one step ahead and has also been amazing to deal with. Matt and his team are just great to deal with and highly professional.
