We used Marc 5 years ago to buy and sell a property and did not think twice to use him again. Marc's customer service skills and communication skills are fantastic, he stays in touch throughout the selling process and keeps you informed every step of the way. We were extremely pleased with Marc's professionalism and passion, he worked all weekend trying to secure a sale for our property that sold within 4 days. We have no hesitation to recommend Marc Cox to anyone.

This was the third property Kaye has sold for us. Kaye is a wealth of knowledge and so easy to deal with. We would recommend Kaye to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

We had a long lead in to putting the house on the market due to Covid. Kaye advised all the way through recommending a cleaner, gardner, engineer to provide the site report, to how I should present the property and pricing expectations. Property sold on the 2nd day on the market. I am very happy with the result and happy to enthusiastically recommend Kaye for your Real Estate needs.

We couldn’t be happier. We have worked alongside Marc a number of times to purchase and sell our properties. His support and knowledge of the local market was impressive, as was his communication. He remained in touch throughout the whole process and we were astounded with the result. We sold of home well above asking price within 3 days. Thanks again Marc.

Marc was very pleasant to deal with and excellent at keeping me informed about what was happening. The property sold in under a week and overall the whole process was much less stressful than I expected.

Justin provided us with the knowledge we required to make the right and sound decisions on the sale of our house. He guided us through the process so we had full understanding at all times alleviating stress. We are remote to the house we sold and Justin went above and beyond to help with minor errands to facilitate the exchange of the house with our previous tenants. His local knowledge was second to none and certainly played a part in providing us a sale that met above our expectations. Highly recommended thanks Justin.

I am a complete novice and Justin was brilliant at explaining and guiding me through this experience. He sold my property ridiculously quick for a fantastic price.

This is the best experience we have ever had with a real estate agent. In these COVID times Matt seamlessly valued the house, talked us through how we would go about selling it and not worry about how we had all been placed into lockdown, plus also communicating effectively with the tenant for best results. It took one open day to get the right buyer and the house was only on the market for 2 weeks. Fantastic result. Matt was so easy to speak to, listened to all our requests and we knew that he was the right agent.
