If you want a professional person who takes the stress out of a stressful process, who listens to what you want and delivers, then Justin and the team at DCK are it. We asked Justin for the impossible and he and the team and DCK delivered. We wanted a quick sale, but we wanted to sell it for what it was worth. The video that they did was really good; the house was on a larger block but close to Bendigo and the video showed that, it was definitely worth doing. The photographs that they took were great. Justin explained all the options and listened to what we wanted. Justin showed the whole team through the house so they all could answer any questions about it. We were about to get the photographs taken when the third Covit 19 lockdown happened, when restrictions eased they took the photos, video on Thursday; put it on the internet of Friday night. Justin showed different people through on Saturday and was taking phone calls all day Saturday. Saturday night it sold and we were happy with the price. Different members of the DCK team were contacting any person who they knew who was interested in that type of property. I would and already have recommended Justin and the team at DCK to people. We have now bought and sold properties with Marc. Both experiences have been first class. When buying he listened to what we were after, found a property that had not been listed, suggested the property and we bought the property whilst still in the driveway. Kaye made a number of suggestions on how to better present our house (including rearranging some of the furniture), all in a very positive and tactful way, and used her extensive market knowledge to set an asking price considerably higher than we had anticipated. She also had the courage to follow her instincts and hold an 'open' the same day the house was listed (on a Wednesday) and a second the following day which resulted in a signed contract of sale only 54 hours after the listing went 'live' (yes, only two days!) and at a figure considerably higher again than the asking price. Kaye is a skilled communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrates a remarkable ability to identify which enquirers are serious and which are not and focus her efforts accordingly. If you choose Kaye as your agent - and you should - I have two pieces of advice. Firstly, listen to her suggestions and, secondly, act on them as far as is possible. For example, Kaye told us to 'declutter' so we hired a lockup and shifted a lot of our stuff thereby making the house more attractive. Equally, when Kaye said she wanted to hold an 'open' the same day the listing went live we scoffed - after all, who would have had time to see it? - but we did and the results show that Kaye knows exactly what she is doing. Trust her.

This was our first experience with selling a property so we had no idea on what to expect and we were a little hesitant to begin with. Nekti was an absolute gentleman and a pleasure to deal with!
