Nekti was very good in communicating between the seller and myself, even though this all occurred over the weekend. From the initial listing through to the unconditional sale he kept us informed and ensured we were fully aware and updated on a regular basis. The extension of the finance clause (x2) were clearly explained and the liaison with the conveyancing company was excellent. Nekti was recommended to us by a friend who said he was very straight forward and good at his job. We found him to be just that. At the appraisal , which we requested some time before we were prepared to go to market, he was very helpful in describing the selling process to us. He clearly outlined the various market options with their prices and made recommendations. He described our property as not run-of-the-mill and likely to appeal to some buyers looking for a particular life-style place. He was not quick to provide an estimated value, but did some research first. We liked his thoroughness. We also liked the way he made it clear that we could make the decisions about how we went about the sale. And we liked his honesty. At all times we knew what was going on and felt in control. We found Nekti very accessible and good for advice in the period when we were preparing the property for sale. Nothing was too much trouble for him. As it happened, the actual sale period could not have been easier for us. Nekti had found a potential buyer who had contacted him, describing what he was looking for. Believing that there could be a good match here, Nekti asked if he could bring him for a preview before the publicity photographer arrived. The result was an offer beyond our expectations at that stage - and the conclusion was an immediate sale without the stress of many inspections. This happened because Nekti is a good listener; he heard what the client was looking for and was able to provide it. We found Nekti knows the market, and understands how to bring about a sale that everyone is happy with. He is empathetic and really likes working with people. He is a delightful bloke.

Highly recommend Matt and the BRE team. In such tricky times with open homes not an option it created more of a demand on Matt and his team to get people through the house at times that suited both us and the possible buyers. His communication skills are elite and we were constantly given updates. Matt gave an honest appraisal that he thought was achievable with a fast turnaround, and it was achieved in just a matter of weeks. Very professional and a great man to have in charge if you are wanting the best results when selling your property.
