Due to working remotely the sale of my investment property was all done via email or phone calls. Jacob took control of the whole process and only contacted me when necessary for things I needed to action or for informative updates. They say selling a property is one of the most stressful experiences but with Jacob at the helm it’s been anything but that. Two weeks from signing with Bennett’s all the marketing and homework was sorted and the property launched on a Wednesday. First open home on the Saturday and two verbal offers. They were short of my expectations and by Tuesday Jacob had 2 offers meeting my target price. Throughout the whole process Jacob has presented very professionally and has exceeded expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as an agent, and with 3 generations of Real Estate in his blood, he’s the man for the job.

Michael took over the sale of our property which had been on the market with another agency. COVID 19 hit which effected the property market, though Michael continued to support the sale finding us a commercial tenant and secured a 5 year lease, which assisted in the sale of our property in December 2020. Professional at all times and keeping us well informed.
