Michael successfully negotiated the sale of my acreage property recently in Grose Wold. I found Michael very professional and personable from the very start of the process. His knowledge of the local area and market is amazing. He is extremely well presented and well spoken at all times. He gave me an estimate of the sale price I should expect on day one and he was bang on, with the final amount being at the higher end of his estimate. Again on day one Michael said the house would take about nine days to sell, it actually sold in six! I would not hesitate to use Michael again and highly recommend him to any prospective vendor.
