After being in Londonderry for over 30 years I was recommended to use Michael Bennett and his team because they are the local experts. Michael sold my home for a price I was very happy with and did so in a very professional and caring way. Bennetts do it better !

Making the decision to sell our family home of 16 years, was a huge & emotional decision. Everyone knows selling a house can be very stressful, we chose Michael Bennett and his PA, Amy Lett to help us make this process much more enjoyable. There communication kept us informed and there was nothing that was too much trouble for them. The support of the Bennetts Property Team helped us to achieve a great result. We have no hesitation in recommending Michael & Amy to any future families who are looking at starting a new chapter in their lives.

Michael treated my mother with incredible patience during the whole sale process making an otherwise stressful process so much easier and helping to reassure her and answer any questions throughout. He helped with the transition from one house to the other and always made mum feel that all decisions were hers with a no pressure no rush attitude. Well done Michael.
