Their mannerisms and helpful nature was great as I was nervous about listing again. Communication is good, sufficient staff at open homes and when there was an inspection through the week, the instructions and entry (as I was at work) was well communicated. Michael always sat down after an open home to explain how the open home went. He was encouraging on my houses presentation.
