The service we received from Bentley's Real Estate was incredibly professional, efficient, outstanding and 2nd to none. My husband and I have owned at least 10 different residential dwellings over the last 4 decades and have generally opted for a more well known, higher profile agency assuming that the hyperbole that they spout will get us the best price or the best bargain due to their claims regarding their contacts, constant advertising (think big dollars) and abilities (according to them) of having the most dedicated salespeople. None of these claims was made by Jenny at Bentleys. She simply got on with the job of finding a suitable buyer, launched their own marketing at no cost to us and communicated and liased with both us and prospective buyers at regular intervals in a low key manner that engendered confidence and trust. They made NO false claims that our home would sell in a day, week, fortnight etc, but instead moved quietly and effectively to seek out genuine home buyers who were looking for the sort of property we had to offer. From the day our home went 'live', until a contract of sale was signed by all parties, an interval of approximately 3 weeks elapsed. The successful settlement took a further 14 days with all concerned parties feeling that a job was well done by Jenny at Bentleys. I simply refuse to label Jenny Carpenter as a 'Real Estate Agent'. Last year they ranked 28th out of 30 as the most distrusted profession in Australia. I am quite a harsh judge of character and yet cannot find fault with Jenny. She proved herself to be a genuine and realistic person. Integrity - faultless. Selling Performance, amazing result, negotiation skills and a service that went above and beyond- IMPECCABLE. I couldn't have asked for a quicker result with superb service and communication.
