We sold our home and were at the stage of thinking we might have to rent instead of buy back into the market as we didn't have much time to find a property and we were struggling to make appointments with some agents. I had booked a couple appointments in the week I booked with Jenny and while we were at one inspection with a different agent my phone rang a couple of times, I felt rude answering my phone while at the other property but after the second call thought I better answer. Jenny answered explaining who she was and asked if I had forgotten our appointment, I felt terrible because I did! It was a chaotic time for us but that was no excuse and I truly felt terrible. I asked if she could stay a little longer and she said she could but needed to leave at a certain time to move onto the next appointment.. Luckily we were not too far away. We arrived and Jenny was very welcoming considering we were like 20 minutes late to the inspection, you wouldn't have known as she held her professionalism and was very courteous showing us through. Needless to say, my husband and I fell in love with the home, put an offer in that night and the next day we had heard from Jenny with an approval on our offer and were signing contracts that same day. It truly was an easy, stress free experience. During the process we were able to ask Jenny questions we were unsure of regarding settlement and all sorts, she even helped with someone they recommended for a building and pest inspection. Settlement came and we received a lovely welcoming gift upon receiving keys to our new home. Hands down a wonderful, friendly person and very professional agent.
