I've known Lillian for a number of years & I have to admit I have found none better in the art of managing agents. we recently used Berglin’s to find tenants for our unit in Freshwater. The unit needed refreshing with paint, carpet, blinds etc. Laura gave us some excellent referrals for tradespeople and ideas of what, and what not, to do. She also gave us an indication of the market rent and found us new tenants in a short space of time. Bergelin were my property agents for 8 years while I was living overseas and I have always found them proactive, well organised and reliable. As they are a local family run business they know the Manly market inside out and their advice was always spot on. Apart from the team’s professionalism they are also really personable, lovely people with a passion for what they do and a joy to deal with. It was important to me that my tenants were looked after well and I appreciate how the team treated them with kindness and respect. Bergelin always responded to the tenants questions quickly to ensure my property was well maintained and the tenants happy. Even when there were difficulties the team communicated quickly and efficiently with a problem solving mindset and issues were usually quickly resolved.
