She provided really helpful valuation estimates for both rental and sales supported by market analysis of recent sales that proved really valuable to secure our loan. When we decided we were ready to rent our place Lilian and the team did an amazing job coordinating tradies, cleaner, photographer etc so that we were able to have the property ready for viewing in record time.
