We had been on the market for 3 months with another agent and did not succeed in selling our house. We signed up with Vivek and sold within a few hours afterwards on the first day of being under contract with him. He knew the market and was well prepared. He already had buyers lined up and he appeared to have trusted relationships with buyers/sellers and gained our trust as well. Vivek knew the suburb and sold many other homes in the area. Vivek achieved what our former agent couldn't. After failing to get a decent offer after listing for 3 months with our previous agent Vivek managed to sell our house on 1st open home with no more than 2 groups. There was no promises left unfulfilled and sure our stress levels would have lower had we found him earlier.
