It was easy to deal with Vivek. Vivek came to our home to discuss and we didnt have to go to his office to sign the contract. The house got sold in first open home inspection. Sold at asking price, which was good, but in today's market, its better to wait a bit longer than first open day as market price could be higher than seller's expected price. This was the only negative side that came to the knowledge after we signed the sale papers. But, overall experience was good. Keep it up Vivek.
