Selling a house is a very stressful period, but not if you have Bianca as your agent. Her price appraisal was absolutely perfect. Her estimate of price was exactly what we got, length of sale period was exactly what Bianca predicted in writing. To sell a house in 72hrs is outstanding. Bianca and Neil’s customer service over our earlier rental, purchase of home and sale of home were faultless. Even today, weeks after settlement we forgot a very sentimental item in the house, which Bianca solved in minutes It is not often you can say your agent become your friend.
