Purchase in Blackheath
Purchase in Blackheath We purchased one of Bianca's listings in Blackheath at auction. Pre purchase it was evident that the price guide was significantly undervalued, which created substantially more interest than would otherwise have been the case. Post purchase we were very impressed with Bianca's professionalism and diligence. Her written and verbal communication was efficient and accurate and she helped us to coordinate access to the property on several occasions for various reasons pre settlement. Bianca even generously loaned us the agent's "moving trailer" which was a great helped when it came time to move.
