Daniel and his team sold my investment property in Elsternwick during lockdown. He patiently negotiated with the only buyer that was able to get through before lockdown and the first open could not occur. We achieved a great result and at no time did he attempt to condition me as the vendor to accept the only offer or move towards the purchaser’s expectations.
