Daniel and I first met couple of years ago when I was considering extending my house and adding an ensuite - I wanted his perspective on the market at that time - which he happily provided. Daniel stayed in touch periodically and when it came time to sell, I had absolutely no hesitation in choosing him. As the realestate agent for the recent sale of our home Daniel was very professional and organised in the lead up and throughout the campaign, while also making us feel well supported and listened to. When we bought our home 11 years ago Daniel was the selling agent. We have felt a strong connection with him ever since, seeing him regularly in the area and thinking of him almost as a friend. When we first considered selling he was the first agent we contacted and he gave us an honest assessment of the market - which he clearly understood - and our home. Although we subsequently contacted other agents, we returned to Daniel when we decided to sell, as we trusted him to do his best for us. Daniel connected us with Sophie - the most amazing stylist - and together they helped us prepare our home for sale. During the campaign Daniel was in contact with us following each open home to let us know about interest shown/feedback received. He contacted each potential buyer in the days following each open home, consistently keeping us up to date. Daniel's regular communication with us was far superior to our experiences with agents when selling our previous homes. We found the pre-auction meeting in the final week of the campaign particularly valuable, and really appreciated Daniel's support during the auction. We trusted his advice, and felt we received a fair price for our home. In summary, Daniel made the stressful period of selling our home much more manageable for us.
