Right from the outset, Angelos gave me excellent advice and was always very concerned that I didn't incur any unnecessary expenses. For example, I suggested painting my flat but Angelos assured me it was fine as it is. I know several agents who would have been happy to recommend a painter....at a hefty cost. The same applied to the carpet. That was all great advice but the very best piece of advice Angelos gave me was to have the apartment styled. The process was simplified because the apartment was empty at the time. The stylist did a fantastic job, styling with a 70's feel, the era of my apartment. It was very clever and appealed to people the age I was when I bought the apartment 30 years ago.
