From the moment Daniel Ashton entered our property we knew he was everything we wanted in an agent. He was respectful (it was our elderly mum's home), knowledgable and the ultimate professional as well as friendly, relaxed and not pushy! Daniel briefly outlined his role, his approach and his view of the value of the property and left us to consider what he had to offer. A subsequent meeting was held whereby details were discussed and from that point everything evolved as he prescribed, including the sale price of the property! Daniel was always available or returned calls promptly, he was very informative and communicated clearly every detail regarding those interested in our property and the developments as they unfolded. As a purchaser, it's not often that you meet an Agent that you like...after all, they are mainly working for the vendor. However since the first inspection of our new property Angelos has been great to work with. He is very personable, knowledgeable and most importantly honest and straight to the point. I don't doubt for a second that he got the best possible result for the vendor but for us, the fun and enjoyment of buying our new home was aided by his friendly and no-nonsense approach. We couldn't be happier with our selling experience with Angelos and the Biggin and Scott Team in Elsternwick. When it came to selling our family home I was (as I'm sure most vendors are) reticent to spend any more than I absolutely had to. We met with a few agents and I even considered a non-commissioned agency. Angelos was the only agent who listened to our concerns about individualising our marketing expenditure within the standard package. He gave us great advice regarding how we might do this without significantly compromising the result of the sale. It was evident from the very first meeting that he is an amazing salesperson, and I knew that if we didn't employ him, we'd always wonder if we may have achieved a better result with him on board. His support and communication during the campaign was perfect. He even picked up dead leaf litter from our garden ahead of inspections with his bare hands when we forgot to leave a broom in the house!! The result we achieved with Angelos an his team was brilliant. His marketing advice was spot on point and his ability to read the market and our prospective purchasers ensured we got the best result possible. Looking back, I cannot believe I ever considered using a non-commissioned agent! Having met a number of local agents before signing with Biggin and Scott, one would be hard pressed to find a better service or results elsewhere in the inner Bayside area.
