So many agents over promise and under deliver. Angelos is that very rare agent who is a man of his word and will not tell prospective clients anything just to get the sale. He is honest, upfront and always realistic with the sales price expectations. His unfailingly polite communication throughout the long sales campaign was nothing short of amazing. He personally rang me immediately after each open inspection (3 per week for 4 weeks) and debriefed me in great detail about in each and every person that attended. We could not be happier with level of service provided by Angelos to us, as well as his professionalism and skill in dealing with the prospective buyers to achieve a fantastic result for us at auction. 5 stars don't seem enough for this guy ;)

My keen interest in investment property goes way back and I have attended many many auctions over the years. Of the numerous Auctioneers I have observed in action, Bill stood out from the rest. So when it was time to sell our property there was no choice to be made, Bill was the one we wanted. Bill's manner is polite, easy and jovial - never brash or pushy, as so many others I have seen. His strength lies in his ability to read the crowd and incentivise them to bid to achieve the best possible sales price with actually ever being 'salesy' at all. We are extremely happy with the price Bill was able to achieve for our sale, and the service his team provided during the campaign. We cannot recommend Bill highly enough!

Bill is a true real estate professional. He provided sound advice throughout the process and I felt very confident the sale of my house was in safe hands. Bill's communication was clear, comprehensive and included updates immediately after every OFI, plus a mid-campaign meeting and a pre-auction meeting; he provided a list of prospective buyers before the auction. Bill is calm, confident, knowledgeable and does not resort to the hype I have heard from other agents. The campaign ran smoothly; Bill was positive and supportive throughout. During the auction Bill engaged the audience respectfully and achieved a great result.

I worked with both Bill and Sven on the sale of my apartment and would like to thank them both for not only a great result but for making the whole process as simple as possible. They were very knowledgeable on the area, the market as a whole and guided me while not being pushy or condescending. When looking around for agents one did ask me 'Did I want to confirm with my Dad?'' and I really appreciate that this would not have even crossed either of Bill or Svens mind. I was very impressed with Angelos' professionalism, his excellent understanding of the market in the Elsternwick area and prompt communication. He made recommentions and explained clearly what what would enhance my property to get the best possible result. He also kept both my husband and I informed after each Open for Inspection and answered any questions that we had along the way. We were overseas on the day of the auction but Angelos reassured us and was happy for us to call in to hear the auction. We were both thrilled and so happy with the final result!!
