I bought my 1st property from Daniel and have since used him to sell 2 further apartments. Daniel is incredibly professional but with kindness and a helpful manner too. Bill is a friendly caring person who helped me through a potentially terrifying auction experience. He provided me with such a lot of support while at the same kept me informed with what was expected and what was going on. Interest in my property was slow to begin with but Bill and his team worked with great professionalism to find 3 groups who wanted to buy. A few days before the auction Bill caught covid. I was ready to delay the action but Bill said the marketing had been done and the buyers were ready so I trusted his judgement and sold on the day with Bill watching and guiding his staff from a video phone. I was pleased with the price. My experience from start to finish was excellent and I highly recommend him.
