The issue with rental property was handled very easily. My only concern is with compensation for mental stress that we had to go through bcoz of the issue with property allotment is not up to the mark. Anyways, overall very good experience. Thanks Sandi!

At the beginning I selected Biggin & Scott (BnS) because Sandi from the rental department reponded very quickly, not only that but Sandi and the rest of the team were very friendly and professional. Once I had appointed BnS we had to wait for the previous vendors tenants to vacate then for the property to settle as we had purchased it. The outgoing tenants only vacated ten days prior to settlement. BnS advertised our new investment property and found a new tenant in less than 7 days. Unfortunately the vendor delayed the settlement by 10 days. Sandi was terrific in so many ways, she communicated with me, the in coming tenants, the out going agents, cleaners, removalists, storage facility, . it was al so very stressful for everyone. And all this without one red cent in commission or fees paid. Would I recommend BnS? 1000% I would. Word cannot express our appreciation for how the situation was dealt with. I will never deal with the vendors agent again who contributed to an absolute farce. Thankyou BnS and Sandi you guys are simply the best and I am so very happy we chose you as our managing agent. BnS dont have the fanciest looking shop front, but dont let all the glitz and glamour such as their opposition who are close by fool you. Great work Sandi and Biggin & Scott.
