Great agent! Goes the extra mile!
Rae sold us a beautiful architecturally designed house. She was always pragmatic, responsive, and very reliable. Rae gave us a happy ending.
When we started looking for an agent to sell our property in Bullarto we spoke with the two main agents in Daylesford. We were very pleased with Rae's local knowledge and quick response to to view the property and come back with an appraisal and detailed marketing plan. Based on the excellent service we appointed Biggin and Scott . Once we in the market Rae provided regular updates on inspections and prospective buyers. We are happy to say the story has a happy ending, we sold. We would not hesitate to appoint Rae from Biggin and Scott next time we are looking for an Agent.

Experienced professional

A WELL HANDLED ASSIGNMENT
Michael had a much better appreciation of the local market than other agents we spoke with. He communicated well with us. He has developed competent and pleasant staff to assist in the sale process. We had some doubt about the internal procedures in the office, but this was not a problem to us and did not affect the efficiency of the sale.
