Property purchased via Tom
I have only met Tom on one occaision and that was when he showed us a property which I immediately purchased. I had a couple of queries for the Vendor which Tom immediately resolved to my satisfaction. Unfortunately, I am unable to comment on his credibility or negotiation skills as the purchase was all completed within hours. Tom is certainly an amiable person with whom to conduct business ... with no time wasting tactics!
