I found Tom to be very commutative in that he kept me up to date with what was happening. He was prepared to offer advice but also with the proviso that it was up to me to make a decision. Tom was very honest in his approach and I noticed at times he was willing to seek advice from his associates with more experience. His willingness to make suggestions and to try different approaches was very much appreciated. It is not an easy task to sell an old family home and Tom was able to reduce a lot of my anxiety and make my life easier. Well done and thanks. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tom.
