Quick Sale at the Right Price.
We were particularly impressed with the service given us by Biggins & Scott and Michael DeVincentis in particular. They had excellent knowledge of the local market and helped us set a realistic and achievable price for our home. A buyer was found quickly and everything proceeded smoothly. Stuck With It, even though it took so long
Michael stood by us even though we are a niche market and it took a long time to find a buyer. He was supportive, informative, open with us throughout the process. He promised to stand by us until he found us a buyer. AND HE DID!!

The most helpful real estate agent I have ever come across!
On first meeting, Michael was pleasant and friendly and went the extra mile (literally) to show us the property. He drove us around in his lovely 4x4 so we could get a feel for the whole 25 acres and then allowed us to walk it ourselves to be sure we'd seen everything we wanted to. We actually visited the property another twice before settlement and each time Michael was great. He really came into his own in the final stages before settlement when a few problems occurred. I was feeling stressed and Michael was the calming voice of reason who sorted out the problems and gave us the options we needed to ensure settlement happened on time. This wasn't the normal house buying process, nor was it something we'd encountered before, but as buyers we felt confident that Michael was always working for the best interest for both parties. He genuinely wanted us all to be happy and did his best to ensure that was the case. On the morning of settlement Michael actually walked the full property to ensure that it was clear of rubbish to save me the two and a half hour drive to inspect it myself. He was so helpful and totally honest and made a stressful situation as easy as possible - a real star! I have no hesitation in recommending Michael DeVincentis to both vendors and purchasers with the full knowledge that he will do his very best for you. He is the best agent I have ever come across and I have come across a lot!

Team work
After multiple phone and email communications with Kate Gogoll of Michael's team, we arrived in daylesford for a week ready to house hunt. Katie and I had discussed 35 stanbridge street in detail prior to our arrival. We hoped it would be the property that would work for us. We inspected various other properties with Michael, allowing us to get a feel for price and availability. When 35 stanbridge was available for viewing we concreted our decision quickly and made an offer. Michael was undoubtedly knowledgable about the area. We respected his honesty in steering us toward properties that would better meet our needs. A True Professional
Michael is a Superstar. We spoke to several agents in the area to sell our property, but from the moment we spoke to Mike we knew he was the one. Sold in 10 days over the asking price!
Absolutely fantastic result, sold in only 10 days for $3,000 over our asking price! Mike gave us relevant feedback after inspections, gave great advice on listing and price & negotiated between two interested parties to end up with this result.
